HOME PLANS
While we often
provide custom design
services for our building clients, we also have
created a number of other custom home plans that are
used for our own model homes and by other builders.
These plans represent a great value for folks who
are looking to build a real home that meets the
needs of today's families. So unlike the
hundreds of look-alike plans you'll find elsewhere,
each of our plans include details like real
mudrooms, full basements, separate laundry rooms,
useable room sizes and comfortable great rooms.
And because we're also a builder, these plans are
actually designed to be built using sound
construction details and cost-effective materials.

one that catches your eye. We can provide
customization of each plan to suite your needs,
budget and building site. Some frequent
modification requests include side-load garages,
plan reversals, screen porch additions and other
changes. We have many more plans available and
will be adding them here soon.

Plan Costs.
Our stock home
plans are $ 690 per home and
include a license to build the home one-time at a
single location. All plans are provided via
1/4" scale PDF files that are sent to you
electronically, or optionally we can provide printed
copies for an additional fee. The PDF files allow
you to print as many copies as needed for obtaining
bids, permits and construction without the normal
limitations of 5 or 8 copies that most sites
provide. These files can be printed
economically at most local printers.
How to Order.
We've found
that it's easier to talk with you in person before
you order a set of plans to answer your questions
and make sure that you get the right product and
format for your needs. To order any set of

We accept credit cards and will typically be able to
provide your plans within 24 - 48 hours.
Plan Modifications.
All of our
home plans can be modified to match your needs.
We typically charge $45/hour
for changes and would be glad to provide you with an
estimate for your particular request. Keep in
mind that changes involving room sizes and
configurations are much more involved since they
affect almost all of the drawings of the home and
may require structural design.
