homes per year.
The homes are a mix of custom homes built for specific clients,
and model homes that we build first then sell once completed.
Our model homes are different from most
spec homes you'll see.
Each home starts as a custom design to take advantage of the site,
maximizing views and leveraging trees and other features of the site.
Then we build the home using upgraded materials and finishes - using
the same standards and quality that we'd use in our own homes.
The end result is a unique custom home - without the wait!
