Artisan Home Builders is a unique
custom home builder focused on building in the Chippewa Valley. Our team
of dedicated individuals brings together over 40 years of combined building
and remodeling experience on every project. Through a diverse background of
building, designing, project management, technology and business skills, we
have the experience to manage your building project from start to finish -
on-time and within budget.

What do we do?
As a licensed general contractor
and residential home builder, Artisan Home Builders can work with you from
start to finish on your home construction project. We focus on
building new homes and major remodeling projects, and typically build 4 - 6 homes per year.
If you've been considering building
a custom home and have a plan in mind, we can work with you to further refine
it and get it "ready to build". If you're not sure exactly
what you're looking for, we can help walk you through the design steps and
develop a new plan from scratch, or find an existing plan that might work for
your needs.
As a design-build firm, we can work
with you to develop and finalize your concept, draw up the blueprints using
the latest CAD software, identify specific costs and establish a budget,
then move directly into the building phase. During a typical engagement, we
take complete responsibility for the project and provide the following
services:

plan design - your plan or
ours, from concept, to refinement, to filing for permits

project budgeting - obtain
bids, identify costs & establish a budget

support for funding of the
project

project management - manage the
entire building project, with regular updates

general contracting - select
and manage all subcontractors

framing carpentry - rough
framing of house exterior & interior

finish carpentry - trim,
windows, doors, cabinets, custom details

specialty trades - ceramic
tile, stone installation, built-in cabinets, etc.
